Top Gun Entertainment Inc., is a company nearly five years into the design of a concept for the development of professional, state-of-the-art, multi-venue motorsport and entertainment resort facilities. The company will also offer consulting services to other established and upstart organizations as well as aggressively market the Top Gun Concept through acquisitions of motorsport and entertainment facilities and companies across the United States. Although our initial focus has been primarily in the Long Island, NY area largely in part to the very favorable demographics because of the very tough political climate and environmental constraints of the area we have not been able as of yet to garnish any success in finding a suitable location that would ensure the success of our concept. That aside due to the very high demand and interest from the motorsports fans on LI we remain undaunted and are currently performing extensive due-diligence on several other potential locations. The company also intends to promote a series of professional racing teams to tour the country promoting the Top Gun name and through our wholly-owned sub company Specialty Beverage and Supplement LLC. we will market and distribute our new JoJo Energy drink product lines currently under development and slated for a late spring 2008 release. This will allow us to garnish high visibility to our target audience/customers and be able to tap into the billion dollar energy drink industry expected to reach $10 billion by 2010.
