Over the last decade there has been an accelerated trend of using RV and campgrounds at race and entertainment events that require a several day stay. In fact, racers in the oval, drag and moto-x circuits routinely use RV's to attend events. Some RV's even have a garage at the rear of the mobile or motor home for a race car.

The RV/camping trend is so omnipresent that it has developed as a significant profit center and a must - have luxury turned a necessity for most race families. They usually have a combination of RV and camping sections with each having some sort of VIP status.

The Top Gun facility will have RV/Camping sections appropriate for the venue. The investment for the sections is dramatically small in relation to the revenue that they produce. They are not only an excellent source of cash flow but they are a great way of getting customers to events and through the general admission gates.
